Confessions From People Who Did Not Get Married For Love
We’re told to marry for love. We should find someone who pushes us to
be better, someone who cares for us, someone who wants to travel
through life with us in the best and worst times. However, some people
don’t seek this out as a priority for marriage. Some people prefer to
marry for status, for money, for the sake of just “settling down.” Sure
these aren’t ideal situations, but maybe it works for some people. But,
if I had to guess, I’d say these relationships will crash and burn.

Couldn’t you have found someone else to love? It’s not as desperate out there in the dating world as it might seem.
