It is an undisputed fact that it is tough to make the sequels of successful movies.
Same is the case with POTC, since the first part, we the fans have not been provided with what we expected.
Every movie had the same storyline where there is a villain who can only be defeated by finding something supernatural.

The direction of the movie was fantastic.
Both the directors took some of the best shots of gorgeous locations scattered all around the world.
Only the entry scene of Captain Jack Sparrow made me giggle.

The film is fantastic to watch as it has great visual effects, all thanks to the cinematographer, Paul Cameron.
Now let's talk about individual performances.

If we talk about Johnny Depp's portrayal of Captain Jack Sparrow, then I would only say that he is the best, but in this part, he has only played the role of supporting actor.
Right from the start, he was saved by his crew, and he did not even do anything in quest of finding the Trident of Poseidon.
So if you are a Johnny Depp admirer, I am sure that you'll not like this role.

Another POTC movie but still the performance of Hector Barbossa which is portrayed by Geoffrey Rush remains stellar.
The chemistry between him and Johnny Depp is fun to watch.

Well, let me get this straight every single person who played a role in the movie gave in their best.
The villain of the film, Captain Salazar has an old rivalry with Jack Sparrow like every other villain in the franchise except Black Beard (POTC: On Strangers Tide).

Javier's portrayal of a dead person was great to watch.

As the promotions of the film started, there were many rumours regarding the cameo of Orlando Bloom who played William Turner in the first three parts, and it happened in the same way.
But, the most unexpected part of the movie is when Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley) also appears in it.

Both the young characters were totally different.
Henry believes in ghost stories whereas Karina does not.
But Johnny Depp always told Henry that he is falling in love with her.
They two shared amazing chemistry, but the story leaves their love at a weird point.

Well, the movie has a post credit scene just like Marvel's movies which can be missed if you are impatient.
The scene has given hint of another part of the film.
It features William Turner, Elizabeth Swann and the old Captain of Flying Dutchman, Davy Jones.
Disney will soon announce if Pirates 6 will be made or not? Well, we can just hope that it is better than this one.

The movie is not perfect, but still, it has moments which are enjoyable.
